At Alpiforge Outdoor, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

  • If the cancellation request is made within this timeframe and before shipment, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return procedure must be followed.

Orders are typically processed within 1โ€“3 business days after placement.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Process & Timing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3โ€“5 business days
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5โ€“10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost depends on the courier selected by the customer.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), the customer will not be required to bear any shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will assess the situation and provide a resolution, including replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges
